My friend, you'd need to understand some things about the 'statute of limitations' under which a chiro is forced to sue to achieve his claim. This would certainly vary between the states. A large volume of such bills would be fixed upon the cents on dollars due to their initial inflation. Thanks, Crossbreed007

Yupp...if the chiro bills are way too high for you then you, ought to be very careful at this juncture. Don't you worry just that you'd need to go thru your own state laws at once.
In case there is any possibility that he might sue you then you need to establish the fact- that he can't claim from you any thing more than what he has settled for you (since it was his representation that you'd looked upto). Hope you win the battle that lies ahead...in case there is one at all!

Reducing chiro bills on a car accident?
per tcope's post, what do you mean by this? and what side are you on? meaning are you paying someone elses bill? or your own? did you not ask, 'hey, whatcha gonna charge me for this?' prior to treating? more info please....
