Can you call one of the cheaper insurances that are advertised on television, they don't usually care, but at least you would be legal to drive and I think they only offer liability. You could call and check them out.

When do your points start dropping off? When did you accumulate them? Never had any, so not familiar with it. I know on my insurance it shows how your insurance will go up with points.

Surely you are not uninsurable, you should call them and see what they can do.

If you think the accident was not your fault, did the other guy have insurance, surely you collected that information at the scene right?

Yes, just by believing that you are not at-fault you won't be able to justify your point. It would certainly be better if under such circumstances you'd manage the contact information of all the people involved or the witnesses there on. At the same time, pics depicting the condition of your car before & after the accident would have helped furnish the truth. If you've such information in store, then its good for you.

See, if your carrier is good & you are good to them, then they would certainly walk that extra mile for you!
All the best!

My friend,

See, there are certain things which you need to understand at this juncture. You may visit any insurance carrier with a request for a coverage but then they would surely look through your past track (that would certainly reveal your accident). But this ISO report will not name the party at-fault. That is why it is important for you to provide any new carrier with a police report which clearly states that you are not the at-fault person. Such a statement would be under consideration with the new carrier's underwriters before they reject your application. So that would be a good chance to look forward to.

Regards,
Sasha

Good morning tazzer and welcome....

wait a minute here....

my girl friend got me my car insurance as a gift when ipassed my test. What she didnt no is i ve got 6 point for driving without no ins*

. soooooo, does this mean perhaps there was mis rep on the application for insurance?

What makes this situation even worse is that i had a accident which i belive im not at fault for.

we need to know EXACTLY what happened in this accident...contact you've had with the other party's company etc...

Now that my ins* has told me that my policy is canceled,

WHEN, WHY, AND HOW? Was it canceled for non-payment? For mis-rep? Why do you not have an in force insurance policy ?

im really lost as to, what do i do now?

Tell us, when did she buy the policy, what was the term (length) she paid for, did you make any payments or did it simply lapse (cancel because you didn't pay it), date she took out the policy, date you had the wreck, exact facts of loss for the wreck...and reason there is no policy.......

I Really need some HELP? Many thanks

we will do all we can to assist you but we need much much more information...just start at the beginning (she went to this agent paid this much for what...etc)..........we await your reply

op sent this to me by way of a pm think it belongs in the thread where the community can attempt to assist him..i think he just got confused about where to post it.

Hi thank you so much for attempting to help me.
Here's a break down of whats happened

MY INS* POLICY: The ins* was bought on the31/05/07. paid in full by my girlfriend and with the mistake which i mentioned. They are no longer handling the claim and rufuse to repay me any of the money.

THE ACCIDENT: I was on a roundabout with 2 exits for me to take. As i proceeded to take my 2nd exit, at the same time the car from my left 1st exit pulls out on me attempting to take his 2nd exit. he hit my front right hand side with his back right hand side.

Ive seeked advice from several diffrent places and all are unable to help. Can you help with any advice Please!!!

Tazzzer....this just isn't enough information i'm sorry,

They are no longer handling the claim and rufuse to repay me any of the money

Ok policy was purchased on 5-31-07...for how long of a policy period? How many months did she pay for? How did she pay for it (check, if so did the check not clear?) Did you or anyone pay any additional premium? What is the date of the accident?

Now that my ins* has told me that my policy is canceled

What is the effective date of the cancellation? And WHY was it cancelled? They HAVE to tell you this if you don't know...was it cancelled for non-payment?

I'm confused by your accident discription, but one thing is 'kind of'' clear

he hit my front right hand side with his back right hand side.

your front to his back would indicate he had 'control' of the area or intersection, thus (perhaps) giving him the right of way...Were the police called? What did they say? The accident is considered your fault? Have you heard from the other company?
What state are you in? (again) Where or how did she buy the insurance? Did you have insurance before ever? How was she able to take out a new policy without you signing the application? (again) there had to be some explaination about WHY you don't have a policy in force....

Ive seeked advice from several diffrent places and all are unable to help. Can you help with any advice Please!!!

We really do want to help you but need WAY more information....sorry but some times it takes awhile for us to gather all the facts to try and assist you...be patient and again you cannot give us too much information...If you want our help, you will need to tell us EVERYTHING...

We await your reply.
