I got rear ended at a stop light. The at fault driver, pushed me into a car ahead of me. There was no damage to my car from hitting the person in front of me.
The person in front of me, was driving on a suspended DL. Can I seek damages from his insurance co, since he should have not been driving in the first place?
The accident re-injured lower back that was caused by disc degenerative disease

OUCH!! Sorry to hear what happened, THOM!!! Hope you're doing better ( alittle, anyway). People get stupid, driving without a valid license. Hope you can find out some information, from the website LAKEMEN gave you.

Actually it's the same OP. No idea why he wanted to start a new thread with the same question.

Yeah just read this on another thread. I think the OP relizes his mistake cause he mention it on the other thread.
