Last week UHC revamped their policy coverages and rates.
In a nutshell...slight rate increases and minor coverage reductions. Higher deductibles and higher out of pocket costs (70/30) help mask the effect a bit.
As an example...in Ohio, our UHC health insurance rates are quite low, but it's important to understand the difference in coverage, when comparing rates and coverage.

We have uhc but thru my husbands employer and there are about three choices to go with in fact i just changed ours, however i didn't notice what you've stated here, perhaps because this is a group rather than private plan? :?

Yes, that would be the case. UHC's changes were to their individual plans.

Whatever agreed on policy signing will be implemented. Should they change their programs, then it must only affect their would-be insurers. Better clarrify it more to them.

FYI...policy signing is not a term that has much relevance with individual plans. Perhaps you are not located in the US and did not realize that.
