:evil: my friends had a house fire in aug. 2007 and they have citizens insurance company they have had to try and get a lawyer because the insurance company will not or have not settled with them they have bent over backwards to give a comply with every thing that they have requested and they have not got anywere they have a 4 yr. old with chronic asthma and a 10 yr and the mother is on oxygen the father is doning every thing he can just to try and get by they have converted his TOOL SHED in to some type of living quarters its hot there no insulation they got a rug down over the floor and they froze thru the winter last yr and no one will help them i have looked for help and they dont quilfy for habitat and there 4 yr old has been in the doctor two many times because of the heat this summer with his asthma and the mom does use her oxygen like she should because of them only having a 60 amp breaker so its to much power with the frig and the fan with two electric skillets no stove she has to use a grill they have sent letter to the governor sentor congressman nelson christ boyld kendricks office the al say there is nothing they can do the insurance commission said to give htem what they want and do what they want but they dont have a time frame as if o r when to settle a claim.. and they know how this couple is living and dont care and have done nothing to help them at all. :twisted: :twisted: :evil: :evil:
