Hi Alexander. Forums are a great place to network especially with the people of your interest and business area.
But you have to be really active and contribute in order to be able to make friends and generate contacts.

Forums are indeed good places wherein you may create an awareness or obtain multiple views regarding a debatable object or event. On the other hand, you'd need to make sure that you're abiding by the forum norms so that you don't end up hurting others. You can always develop your web presence by participating in web forums. If you have knowledge, let the others gain out of it. If you're not aware of something, you'll gain it over here. That's the motto of our forums.
