Hi...I'm recently working towards a knowledge processing insurance-related service. I just need to know whether professional liability insurance is truly effective towards risk management!
Is it good for covering the development of technical products?

yes. my friend...if it is an attack while the insured was at work...then obviously it has to be covered by it. You may check that with the state guidelines & you'll find it right.

Hi...its quite true that E&O is a bit more complicated now-a-days...but it covers some relevant technical negligence with respect to designs, production, channeling, sales. When it comes to engineers, attorneys & accountants it is known as PL (Proffl. liability insurance). But the doctors or chiropractors would often perceive it as a mal-practise insurance.
Now what do the E&O coverage do? It covers you from those expenses which are associated with your lawsuit defenses. Such expenses if neglected may cause considerable damage to the large companies or abolish the small fries from the market. Thanks! Plasmahectic

Hey, it might just be that way, since I also have the same information regarding the survivor benefits. The state Labor relations board might also help you in that case.
Good luck!
