Disability Insurance Quotes Questions

Hi Friends,
I make a website about insurance and I need the questions for the Disability Insurance Quotes Form.
Can you please help me with this? What kind of questions are usually asked when someone want to buy the Disability Insurance policy?

Thanks!

The definition of disability varies according to insurers. You need to set your own.

Apart from that, consumers usually want to know about the benefit period, the waiting period, what percentage of the income will be replaced, will the policy take inflation into account and how the benefit will increase if the cost of living goes up, how flexible is it, the payouts are taxable or not, etc. etc.

Are you even a licensed agent? You would know what questions to ask if you had an application for insurance in front of you.

Aside from that, very few people buy life or disability insurance online. It's too personal to be giving out the sort of information necessary to complete an application to someone whose eyes you cannot see.

Max, many people buy life insurance online. Term insurance is largely (not completely) a commodity and people are looking for the cheapest. I've sold hundreds of policies without ever meeting the person face to face.

Preinsurance, you are probably wasting your time with a disability quote site. DI is about the contractual language and not about price.

According to LIMRA, less than 2%.

I wonder what the definition is of "On-Line"? With today's technology, there isn't a need to meet face to face with an agent. The desire may often be there, but the need is not.
