8 years ago, I had a baby. I called my disability insurance and they told me I was no longer covered by them because I had to renew yearly. I was upset that I didn't know the information, but dealt with it. Two babies later, I found information showing the company is still deducting monthly fees from me. $40 monthly 10 months out of the year for the last 9 years. Can I get backpay for them deducting and not providing me with services?

You've got to be kidding!? How would you not notice something like this for 9 years?
Even if true, you cannot get "back pay" for your failure to apply for benefits. You might be able to argue for a refund of the premium.
But, honestly, this post makes no sense to me.
