What to do if your insurance agent refuses to pay you

A year ago I had an unpleasant situation, a strong wind severely damaged my roof but because in my area no house suffered damage the insurance agency did not want to pay the insurance in their opinion it was a scam, I did not feel like going to court. Fortunately, I was able to find 24/7 emergency insurance adjuster help, thanks to them I have a new roof!
