i had damages that caused my car to leak and made ripples on the hood of my car they said they would not pay because the hood looked like someone walked on it and the leaks were from a prior wreck i dont know if the car was wrecked before i got it but i do know the car did not leak and the ripples in the roof were not there its too late now they already fixed the other damages, but for future referance i would like to know.

When you buy a used car, you can always ask the dealership to run a report on the car, it is called carfax or something like that, it will tell you by the vehicle identification number if the car was in an accident, a flood or any other incident. You can run this on your own vehicle if you go to http://www.carfax.com/ you will need your vin number to do it, I don't know if it costs or not. But you can find out there your vehicle history there.

What do you mean by 'ripples in the roof'? in the sheetmetal? no leak can cause that! please explain that more clearly...are you saying maybe that the sunroof is leaking, or back/front glass and you think that caused damage to the roof's sheetmetal? please explain this damage in more detail...

the ripples in the roof are on the roof it didnt leak, it was like wrinkled ,wave like impressions which werent there before. the trunk and back door are what leaked. they relined the door and trunk the door doesnt leak now but has a half inch gap in it and the trunk still leaks now and then.

OP this sounds to me like a prior poor repair....you haven't had an accident right? Or haven't impacted with something? man, wish I could get a look at your car...I'd bet you a nickel you have some unibody problems..and some reallllllllllllly crappy prior repair.....how long have you had the vehicle, from whom did you buy it ? (dealer or individual)....you can't expect your company to repair prior damage to your vehicle...there has to have been a sudden and accidental event..
