how long can a company have you on light duty / during a workmenscomp case
Not quite sure what your meaning here? Do you mean the company your employed by? If so I'm not sure they really have anything to say about it as far as the length of time your on light duty. I think that is completely up to your doctor. I could be wrong here since I have had little to do with Workman Comp. But any cases I did know of the doctor had the sole discretion as to when an employee could return to full duty.
I am sure there are some here who will know much more than I do about workman comp and will be able to explain in detail.

Until your doctors release you to full time duty and say that your are fully recovered. hope this helps.
