I got an solicitation today for car insurance.Inside the envelope was a small piece of paper that said"insurance rates everywhere was going down" Has anyone heard of that?

My point was that of course the solicitor wants to entice people into seeking insurance through them by stating that rates are dropping. Just like any other company tries to get you to buy from them (example: "you can save up to 15% on your car insurance". What this is really saying is, you may or may not saving anything and if you do, it will be very little).
