How are the claims adjusters compensated?

Can anyone out there tell me how claims adjusters are paid? Are they on a salary, paid by the hour or paid a percentage of the claim they adjusted or a combination of the said above?

But something is devoid. He's lonely and feels his life good be complete if he was married. He is succumbing to family demand and also believes he must be married by 30; not he will be 'damaged goods'. He craves freedom, But also his dad's approval. He desires marry for love, But if that fails he's prepared accept an arranged marriage. But who need him? A successful heiress from India? unique from a speed dating night? A match from an online dating site? Finding 'the one' is not so feasible for Tarun.
