Can anyone out there tell me how claims adjusters are paid? Are they on a salary, paid by the hour or paid a percentage of the claim they adjusted or a combination of the said above?

Ex will not let me travel out of state with Little One

I haven't posted anything in a while but I need some opinions and better yet, recommendations. My ex and as well as split for 2 years now. We have a 2yr old princess. We are currently in to eliminate getting an uncontested divorce. the great thing he signed all the papers. The not so good news is, We left out any clause in there regarding travel outside the state or out of country. so, I am well aware that traveling out of the united states requires permission from both parents. But traveling from the state? Do I need his choice to travel out of the state, with my case 3 hrs away?

Some more information info for you.

Ex is in the military and had an affair with another soldier. That is the main reason for the divorce. yr after, I decided to move on because I wanted to be happy so I tried online dating service. I met this wonderful man and we are still together, One year tomorrow. The boyfriend has met my daughter and they go along great. But now that its been a year in to our love, I'm ready to go somewhere with my daughter. I asked her dad if I can take her with me so when I drive down to the state, and it's also in 2 weeks, And he said no. presently, I know that he spain girls is very jealous and could very well be just being spiteful. unfortunately, I'd like to excessive sweating would happen if I were to take her with me even though I already asked him nicely?

Our custody agreement is as follows: I have primary legal care but we share joint legal custody of the children. My ex NEVER asks to take her for a holiday weekend. If he does, it is because I've asked him to watch our daughter so that I can visit my boyfriend. This happens each and every month. My boyfriend and I take turns visiting various other every two weeks, If work lifestyles permit.

I am thinking to call the Court tomorrow and ask to see a Judge regarding our divorce process. Should I ask for a Court Order praoclaiming that I can travel out of the state as I please, since i have primary custody, And then if either of us wants to travel around the globe we would need permission from both parents?

help, Any advice is sought after.
