Who is with Geico? What are your thoughts?
I am overall very satisfied. Their website is easy to use, customer service is 24/7. Firendly agents. I am enrolled in paperless statements. Very convenient - I get reminders by email for the next payment at lease two weeks prior. I was once late with my payment 2 weeks they never cancelled or charged any fees. I hve received a good discount for my high GPA in college. Geico is a good company 10/10 :D

Personally, I avoid them. They only seem to talk about how much I'm saving and not how much they can help by the looks of things.
Yes, it is easy, but they need to talk more about how they will help you. Rather than saving you money. It's the same reason I don't buy knock-off products.

Hi, nice to meet you, smileynyc07 :)
I don't know much about Geico but they were mentioned today in a Wall Street Journal article relating to Allstate. They're apparently one of the reasons Allstate's facing stiff competition in the car insurance arena.
It basically said Wall Street was a bit antsy about Geico being amongst the insurance companies reducing their rates while Allstate's simultaneously increasing them in more than half the states. Even taking that into account, the consensus is that Allstate is still doing ok for now.
It sounds like Geico is certainly making an impression in high places. From what you say, they appear to be a good company to deal with.
Please do keep us updated on whether they continue to be in the future. It'd be interesting to hear how it goes. :)

Guys!
I'm of the opinion that though most of the insurance products offered by carriers operating in the same financial area are some what similar but there could be some vital differences amongst them as well. These differences could be in terms of the coverage-stress in certain areas or the over-all packaging of a policy as well. As a result of all these, it is rather easy for me to believe that all of the giant carriers are specialized in some areas individually. So we need to study the policy benefits carefully whenever we are shopping for an insurance policy!
