I've heard that a huge chunk of our population hasn't been able to qualify for health insurance due to our health reform law. Is it true? How does it actually affect the ones who have pre-existing conditions? Please also inform me regarding it's effects on HSAs.

They will go without insurance along with many who cannot pay and are somewhat healthy. This will leave the sick and burdened left to slosh around in the mess.

Ah . . . you've discovered the reason that Obamacare makes it a crime to be uninsured. Don't have the insurance, you could end up in prison.

Where healthcare will be provided to you at no cost.

That sounds like a LOSE-LOSE proposition. Many of us complained loudly at the town hall meetings that we did not want any of this. The majority of Americans, when asked for their opinions, did not want this. The politicians enacted the legislation in spite of the will of the people.

In 1776, it was known as taxation without representation. In 2009-2010, it was known as "democracy in action." Wonder why the "tea party" revival movement is afoot?
