what is the cost for HO6 insurance

Try to refi my mortgage loan with bank myself.
They ask me to provide HO6 insurance which I never hear it. Where to shop and compair the prices online?

Ho6 is condo insurance. It's a form of home insurance for the condo owners. Do you own a condo?
