If a Master Deed is filed incorrectly, why should every homeowner have to turn their individual deeds over to a holding company formed by the Title Insurance Company?

Corinne, I'm not an expert in this field, however, since the master deed describes the individually owned units in a condominium settlement. Its an absolutely important document.

The master deed divides the single unit property into individually owned condominium property. Hence, it's the deed that will determine your ownership and if its been filled wrong may jeopardize the whole condo arrangement.
