If a home is lived in and well maintained, will an insurance company write a policy. The Foreclosure action is being defended legally. Is there a need to disclose this to the carrier.?

Only the link was removed from kailas spam post? A reply that clearly only advertises auto insurance in response to a property insurance question? Those moderators are just too kind. :)

OP, you really need to speak to an agent about your situation. They can best advise you on what you need.

I'd avoid the agency the spammer above me listed.

Are you buying this house? Or already in it?
