Hello Ed, I personally have no experience with AAA, so can't comment on how good employer they would be, but IMO one should be more concerned about job stability than getting employment in this challenging economy, what do you say?

Hi,

Is he looking for change in terms of the nature of work? Or is it salary/commission?

The Job is selling P&C only they are giving him a book of business to start ( about 28,000 in commision) with and paid traning. After that he is straight commish.

I would better think in terms of job stability.. with the economy hiitting so hard.. people are aware and trying best to cut thier other costs and it includes insurance cost.. a best example is I had a car which i sold it off and i made a buck on it and also saved money on insurance...

Now i wonder just keeping one car can save u so much a year

so are you saying he should take it because of the book they give him. Is that security, or staying where he is?

We don't really know much about where he is currently working, but straight commission can be a tough gig! I don't think it's such a simple answer and there are probably a lot more factors that he is considering that we don't know.

However, I think what you were interested in is if anybody had experience working with them. I have never sold for AAA, but I do know that the leads and book of business could be fairly valuable because of the good reputation they have. It might be a good opportunity for him, but it really depends on a lot of other personal factors.
