Folks have gone on and on about the benefits/pitfalls of blogging. Most of this conversation comes from SEO/web folks...

What is the opinion of leaders in the insurance industry?

Many thanks!

Whether or not one should do blogging is very much dependent on the business outcome one wants to achieve at the end of the day.

Don't know who you pointed out as 'leaders', but I'm sure blogging is a successful way of getting your ideas across the world. Highly successful professionals have often resorted to blogging for exchanging views with each other.

@xoseph - I like that article and it makes some really good points. I may referrence it in writing one for my blog :)

One question that arrises is that if an agent is new, do they really have the experience to blog and present themselves as professional?

Either way, I appreciate you for your feedback!
