I’m gonna buy my first condominium. Should I approach and work with the same insurance agent who also holds the condo association's insurance? If not, any suggestion on insurance agents in Provo, Utah?

It's up to you. I don't see any conflict. I'm in Sandy but I don't know of any agents that specialize in personal lines coverage.
