If you're asking will insurance companies off set new business commission against chargebacks the answer is YES...that's what they do.

The company advances money trusting you have properly identified the need and the client will keep the policy. Some times charge backs can be a real problem for new agents when their trainer convinces them it is all about "closing" the deal. It never is. Identify the need and define the need until they want to buy from you and they will keep the policy.
