Question:
Ive taken the classroom course through AD Banker for the CA P&C pre license and failed twice. I'm now thinking of signing up through prelicensetraining.com.
Can anyone give me advice as to which company I should re-sign with or if there is another company out there that is creditable.

As a member of the CA Dept of Insurance Curriculum Board, I can tell you that first time pass rates for the P&C licenses are abysmal. It really doesn't matter which prelicensing provider you use, the number of first time passers is exceptionally low, and there is no good explanation for this.
The Curriculum Board will be working on new Educational Objectives in the coming year which we hope will lead to improved passing rates. Right now we are working on the Life & Health EOs, which are more than three years old. They should be completed within the next few months. P&C will come after that in 2015.
