Can I get my license if I have 2 dismissed shoplifting charg

Hello,

I have a conceal/ price alter charge from 2007 that was dismissed and a petty larceny case that was also dismissed back in 2010. What is the likelihood of still being able to obtain my P&C license in virginia?
