Examfx/Health Markets licensing

I applied for a job with Health Markets. I paid $59 nonrefundable fee for a
background check and the examfx course. I went through the course as
quickly as I could, but did not complete it by the date they expected.
I called the office and I explained that I needed more time. The manager
stated that he hired ten people who were already licensed and he was only
keeping six for his ACT Class to work for the company. I told him I had already
invested the $59 and the time in studying for my license and that I would complete the course. A few weeks later, I received a letter from a Vice President of Health Markets stating that I had signed a Section 10.1 that I did not comply with the terms of that agreement(I had signed something online which was supposed to be mailed to me but never was). In the letter, he also stated that they may consider, at a later date, to release other insurance carriers to hire me? I completed the "Study by Topic"section and I did well, but I realized if you do the practice questions in one section, it does not include all the material. So, I am doing it over again. It is frustrating because if you're reading the material and not doing the practice questions, it "times out." There are so many negative reviews for this. It really is not written very well, however, I will finish this course and then search for another one. I have lost a lot of sleep working on this.Is it really possible to get an outline of the questions from the state of pa.?
