We are offering 50% plus a 20% override..We also have bonus incentives and up to 5% on renewals...For instance if you submit a good deal of business in a given month we can bump that 70% total to 75-80 depending on the exact numbers you are giving us.

These commissions seem a little low to me.
A lot of life insurance companies will pay 100% or more under direct contract.
Why are your commissions so low?

How can we pay you 100% if we only make 91-99%, My company is a Brokerage not an actual Life Insurance Company. Maybe you misunderstood me. Sorry for any miscommunication.

Usually, what is the first year commission rate? Do you also offer commission on the second year and third year? Until what year you don't give commissions?
