They always want to know why they need to buy the insurance and how much it is going to cost them. Then they ask why should they buy it from you instead of someone else. I can come up with 50 pages of questions that you need to be ready for.

Consumers point of view: 1) Would I need 'additional' coverage for a policy? 2) What Insurance policies build 'cash value'? 3) Can you show me something that is affordable for me? I can come up with a ZILLION questions, myself!!

They always need to hear more about you as their agent. How long have you been in the business and what makes you better then the other agents. Get personal with the client and let them know that you are human.

YEA......I'll agree with that one. It does help to feel 'comfortable' with whom you're dealing with.

general questions asked by any client:

is this insurance really a need for me?
explain them the importance of human life value.

what are the different policies you are offering?
tell them the products according to their need & finance available.

how much tax benefit i will get?

is it going to cover my family members?

whether your company is really the best insurance company ? prove it!

bla bla bla

customer is free to ask any damn question on this earth & we must (yes mustt!) have truthful answer for their query.
to be honest with our insurance knowledge & "not trying to bombard" any high comission product to customer will definately give you business from that customer as well from his/her mouth publicity also.
