...has produced a new breed of "Financial Advisor" with unparalleled incompetence.

The Bank Employee Financial Advisor (BEFA)

Mr. (XXXXX name removed by moderator) at bankrupt Washington Mutual now J.P. Morgan Chase is one such Super Star Incompetent Bank Employee Financial Advisor.

Just look at his business cards... he's a:

#1) Personal Banker;

#2) Licensed Banker;

#3) Licensed Insurance Agent;

#4) Registered Representative AND

#5) Insurance Agent.

Wow!!! He's knows EVERYTHING about the banking industry AND EVERYTHING about the insurance industry AND EVERYTHING about investing in Stocks, Bonds and Mutual Funds!!!!

He is also an incompetant buffoon.

When I asked him if he knew what fiat money is he replied with, "No, I don't remember that being on the test."

People do yourselves a favor...DO NOT GET FINANCIAL ADVICE FROM A BANK EMPLOYEE...they are rule of thumb incompetent.

Gary don't you think posting this guys cards and calling him names, just ''might'' be libelous on your part? And what on earth is your point? Or is it the same old thing? Putting others down so you can maintain your S.A.F.E. ? :roll:

Go get em' Gary! Two years ago I went to make a deposit @ WaMu and the teller says I need to speak with my "personnel banker" first. No my dear do my transaction first. Well, some young condescending buck appears behind me and proceeds to sell me all their wonderful investments. "No thanks guy", I reply, "I have my bucks in a IUL." He ends by saying, "you figured out a tax loophole" with a look of disdain on his mug.

I wish I kept his card to post on here. And if the smuck sued me, Lori, I'd counter and prove his incompetence and post the court findings here too.

The deregulation of the banking industry has hurt more people and grown their assets less than the cost of inflation in many cases and they get a 1099 every year...yippee.

Dear Lori,

I Love You!

Hmmmmmmmmm, since I'm no stranger to the court system I would welcome a lawsuit by this smuck and will hold AmPmInsure.org HARMLESS.

I don't put anyone down, I STATE FACTS, that are many times in conflict with what most people "think."

PLEASE read the "linkies" Lori so you will understand what's being said on this thread.

With love and respect....

Best regards,

(I'm using the wrong name for the Chase employee because it is wrong for his info to be posted on this board. It wouldn't happen if Gary had any ethics requirements or followed the ones that he does have.)

Let’s compare Gary Spicuzza to Lou.

1)Who admits, “I don’t know”, when they don’t know an answer? Lou
2)Who can’t ever admit to being wrong? Gary Spicuzza
3)Who claims expertise? Gary Spicuzza
4)Who doesn’t claim expertise? Lou

5)Who got kicked off of the Kiplinger’s chat board after being ridiculed for 20 pages? Gary Spicuzza
6)Who claims an expertise in estate planning and doesn’t know the term IRD or how it relates? Gary Spicuzza
7)Who claims an expertise in estate planning and doesn’t understand the disadvantages of an annuity as an estate transference tool? Gary Spicuzza

(The Kiplinger’s chat board exposed Gary as someone who claimed an expertise in estate planning, but didn’t understand some of the most basic concepts. For those of you without knowledge in these areas, to put this is perspective, this is roughly equivalent to an accountant not knowing the difference between a debit and a credit.)

8)Who is licensed to sell insurance? Gary and Lou
9)Who is licensed to sell investments? Lou
10)Who makes up a fake designation? Gary Spicuzza
11)Who has virtually no over site? Gary Spicuzza
12)Who hasn’t passed any securities exams? Gary Spicuzza
13)Who can legally say, “Joe, I think that you should sell this mutual fund that you own and put the money into a fixed annuity?” Lou
14)Who claims to be a financial expert, yet can’t legally charge any money for financial advice? Gary Spicuzza
15)Whose claim to fame is being the only person with a S.A.F.E. designation? Gary Spicuzza
16)Who has to have continuing education credits dealing with investment issues? Lou
17)Who can’t legally suggest that someone buys or sells an investment? Gary Spicuzza
18)Who gets laughed at and then gets kicked off of every board he posts? Gary Spicuzza
19)Who has his own chat room with only himself and his brother(?)? Gary Spicuzza
20)Who is going out of his way to attack someone simply because they admit to not knowing something when that knowledge is irrelevant to their job? Gary Spicuzza
21)Who did nothing other than honestly answer a question? Lou
22) When a prospect inherits $10,000,000 who can only make money to the extent that the money is put into fixed insurance products? Gary Spicuzza
23) Who loses potential income for every penny in which a recommendation is something other than a fixed insurance product? Gary Spicuzza
24) Who can’t legally make any recommendation other than a fixed insurance product? Gary Spicuzza
25) Who believes that preference beneficiaries are illegal in the state of Florida despite Florida contracts having them and all evidence to the contrary? Gary Spicuzza
Unless…
26) Who has since learned that preference beneficiaries are legal in the state of Florida, but isn’t man enough to admit his error? Gary Spicuzza

Gary, there’s a gambling saying, made popular in the movies, that basically says that if you can’t pinpoint who the sucker is, it is you. I know that you think that you get kicked off of everywhere because you are the one with all of the knowledge and the rest of us are all idiots. However, if you can’t pinpoint the idiot…

Moderators, please do the right thing and remove the business cards from this thread. The guy is an innocent bystander and shouldn't be pulled into Gary's shenanigans.

Yupp, I guess such threads should be moved to the Pub.

I've always appreciated Gary's way of thinking. When all of us are in a row, he has the ability to view things differently. I really don't care about criticisms till he has the logic to support his views.

But yes, there are somethings which need to be followed to maintain our forums as a neutral platform. Even when we believe that the truth is harsh, we need to present it in a positive way, so that the actual issue gets focused. Thanks..Roddick

8) It's an Internet game! :wink:
