Agents are paid 9% to age 75 and 7.5% from age 76 to 85. We also provide bonuses that can range anywhere from .5% to 1%.
Agencies and IMOs/FMOs are welcome to inquire, as we regularly form business alliances. Very generous over-rides - please inquire.
Fixed Indexed Annuity - Our leading Fixed Indexed annuity provides the annuitant a 15% immediate initial bonus to the principal and guaranteed 5% interest annual income the annuitant can systematically withdraw for as long as the annuitant lives. Activate at any time after age 59½ (and after the first contract year). Contract Value continues to receive positive indexed interest gains even after electing to begin the Guaranteed Lifetime Income Benefit. Income Account Value - Guaranteed to be at least 115% of the premium, less prior withdrawals, accumulated at 5% interest on the date the benefit is exercised. Opportunity to receive annual indexed interest gains based on change in the S&P 500 Index®. 100% Participation with no annual caps and no annual fees, all guaranteed for 5 years. This means the annuity will equal more than 187% of Premium in 10 years (if not touched) as a Worse Case Scenario. The commissions are 9% to age 75 and 7.5% from age 76 to 85. We have presentation CDs for professional presentations from your PC or laptop and an annuity calculator that will calculate the annual income for an annuitant that has a particular deposit for years 1 through 20.
Surrender Charges – One of the most competitive. Starting at 10% in the first year, the charges decrease 1% per year, until 10th year at 1% and 11th year at 0%.
If the annuitant opts for the Lifetime Benefit Option (available after the first year), within in the first 5 years, the customer will receive an additional 5% bonus, making it a 20% total Bonus to the principal.
