Well, for that you need to have a blog of your own. There are places like-Wordpress and Blogspot, which would let you host a blog with them. Also you can install the blog package from Wordpress in your server.

So you have a Twitter account, right?
Have you ever tried using the twitter feed?
I'm sure it helps at driving traffic to your blog.
You can also have a personal blog with AmPmInsure.

Hello,
You can create a wordpress blog and install it on your server. Think about the main topic of your blog. It can be about life insurance, auto, etc.
Then create relevant and very informative posts. Post about the importance of insurance, requirements, etc. Put your contact info so that they can contact you if they need help.
You can join to social sites such as forum and share your knowledge. if you can gain the trust of people, they will come to you if they need help about insurance. They can be your future clients.
Just be truthful and honest in you blogging.

It also would not be a bad idea to have a website set up separate from your blog. It could have more specific product information and a chance to submit a lead directly, etc. I've often wondered how successful an agency could be completely virtual. Let us know!
