Sorry I can't help you with that. But you can find great information on the internet. Try to search for it. You may find the answer to your questions.

Hi, for all F-1 visa holders who are looking for off-campus employment or any form of practical training would need to possess US SS Card. In your case I believe its better you contact the Office of international programs in the U.S. In case it is approved it would be shown in your I-20 I.D. You'll need to produce your passport, your I-94 card & Form I-20 to this office of international programs. I think the student adviser is the person who might help you out with the authorization letter to allow you work off-campus.
Wish you all the luk!

But I believe there is another alternative, if you'd contact the U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Services (INS). In that case if your application is approved then you'd be handed with a 'Employment Authorization Document' through the INS. In that case you'd need to offer the INS EAD card for verification purposes along with the other credentials. Hope this works for you! Max-orpheus

Insurance management is offered in your country? That is really cool. I wish it is offered here in our country.

Sorry, I did not noticed it when placed my first post.
