I work at a small established insurance office and we are looking to invest a small amount of money (monthly basis) on an internet based CRM. Does anyone have any suggestions? There will only be 1-4 users. We are not an independent agency. We have the company software to conduct the actual insurance business, just strictly need this CRM to manage our existing clients and leads. The CRM needs the ability to import/export and sync with Microsoft Office and PDA’s. Thank you so much for your help!

Hey, only recently we had a discussion on customer relationship management (CRM) system I'd link you to that page. Hopefully you would get some useful information there.

You should select the CRM software that would best fit your size of business. The other few factors that would affect the cost of the software are,
The CRM application may cost between $600 and $1000 depending upon the above feature.
However, since most of the providers would give you a free demo, you should take the benefit of this facility before installing one.
Hope this helps.

There are so many free CRM available (but it sucks when it comes to features)
What I advice you to go for any trial version of CRM if you like go ahead and purchase it with one time fee.(do not fall in trap of monthly rental system)
hope it will be of some help to you.
