Hi, as far the key knowledge areas are concerned, I can tell you that they would need to have some product knowledge and systems knowledge. It would be a value addition for them to possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Regards, ArindamSenIndies

Hi there.. they would be expected to fit into a professional team and maintain consumer focus. If they would reflect strong negotiation skills then that would add to their value. A little bit of planning or decision making abilities would soon see them at the top. Thanks, Red-ribbons

Hi, the key responsibilities of an adviser would include-

  • Check whether the necessary documents are attached with an application

  • Verify the documents before forwarding them to the client

  • The match the client payment modes with the complaince guidelines set by the company

  • Record new customer data through the computerized system or fax and attach the necessary documents before delivering them to the client

So, you see how important they are! Roddick
