What are the key knowledge areas and key responsibilities concerning the position of an insurance adviser?

Hi, as far the key knowledge areas are concerned, I can tell you that they would need to have some product knowledge and systems knowledge. It would be a value addition for them to possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Regards, ArindamSenIndies

Hi there.. they would be expected to fit into a professional team and maintain consumer focus. If they would reflect strong negotiation skills then that would add to their value. A little bit of planning or decision making abilities would soon see them at the top. Thanks, Red-ribbons

Hi, the key responsibilities of an adviser would include-
Check whether the necessary documents are attached with an application
Verify the documents before forwarding them to the client
The match the client payment modes with the complaince guidelines set by the company
Record new customer data through the computerized system or fax and attach the necessary documents before delivering them to the client
