Hello, my name is Mark D. Graham and I am the National Business Development Manager for Annuities, Life and Life Settlements, for Brokers Alliance, Inc.
About Life Settlements - What differentiates us from most of the rest (not all), is that (1) We are founding members of the worldwide exchange; (2) We work under a Full Disclosure agreement with agents and their clients. The advantage to the agent and their clients, is that since all business is conducted at full disclosure, there is no risk to the agent or client that anyone will skim undisclosed fees off the top. All fees and procedures are full disclosure.
We guarantee Full Transparency and that we will create the highest demand for your client's Life policy in the marketplace. How do we do this? We provide complete access to the marketplace and have relationships with every institutional funding source in the USA and abroad. In other words, the world. Every time a policy is brought to us, we access all of our funding sources (up to 41), to create the highest level of demand.
Full Disclosure: Everything is disclosed to the Life policy owner and agent. The complete (gross) offer from the funder is disclosed to the Life policy owner and agent. The Life policy owner is paid directly from the Funder, whether it is a Bank or an Insurance Company. In other words, no money can ever be skimmed off the top by any brokers. This is the proper and ethical way to do business. We only do business by ethical compliance. Full Disclosure is very important, even though this industry is not regulated. When and if this industry does become regulated, you will be safe with us. If you are with a company that does not provide full disclosure to the client and to you, then you will have to find a company like us to work with.
Commissions: Final commissions are determined by the Funding Source and it is also fully disclosed to the client and to the agent. It is presented as gross commissions. Gross commissions range anywhere from 5% to 8% of the Face Value of the policy. The agent is paid minimum 50% of agreed gross commissions.
If you are an agent or professional Life Settlements agent that needs the right company to work with, knowing that you and your clients will be taken care of ethically, please email me anytime for comprehensive information, including our Life Settlements website and agent appointment procedures.
Email anytime. Please include your full contact info. Your information is private and respected, whether you work with us or not. Thank you.
