Hey guys.

I am an independence agent from Texas. Recently, I had issued two policies with Universal North America. The company requested a driver license from previous state and policy in pending cancellation. Anyone with any information of how to obtain driver license please help me out. You can contact me at john.tran[at]brookeagent.com Thank you

How about asking the driver if he/she has any record of this information or can go to the DMV and obtain it.

Also, mentioning what state it's for would greatly help.

Tcope has an idea, also contacting the DMV of that state may help you to locate the missing license. I wonder, how come the customer doesn't have the record of his/her earlier licenses?

Provide the DMV with the information on the person like his/her date of birth and name. If the individual is a woman, the maiden of her may be an useful information if she has got married recently, as the DMV keeps track of the licenses issued to women with their maiden names. the VIN number can also help the department to track the record easily.

Hope the information was helpful.

Hi ladyinpink..

the VIN number can also help the department to track the record easily.

This could be of real good help in case you're sure of it!
On the other hand if the woman is married & aged then it could pose serious problems for her I guess..

I fail to see why the VIN of a vehicle would somehow help to obtain a drivers license number. Two different departments and two totally different things (vehicle vs person).
