Can a insurance agent sell polices to their relatives from their own agent code and earn commissions?

Hi All,
Would you share any other signs of being a successful agent? I guess once an agent tastes success he'd never have to rely on such limitations in the form of relatives or friends. He'd rather choose to float atop the cream of his network. What do you all think? SteveJerk
