What other areas have you tried to sell in? Have you tried local newspaper, flyers and other printed media? Word of mouth and networking will be a very effective form of advertising to get new clients, let you current customers know that you are open and welcoming new clients, they will advertise for you free and these are more credible advertisers because they can speak from a current customer point of view.

I'm sure that the opinion will vary widely.
What might have worked for one agent may not yield the same result for the other.
However, there are several online lead generating sites, who offer qualified leads at competitive rates. You may have to spend around $20 to $30 for each appointment fixed in a week.
Also, the price may vary widely amongst the lead generating companies depending upon their business base and quality of leads. Hence, you're required to do a bit of background search and shopping before buying leads from a company, as there is also a possibility that you might not get exclusive leads or might have to share the leads with the other agents. It has become very difficult to get exclusive leads now-a-days, since the prospects often sign up with several lead generating companies at one time.
You may wish to hear what the seasoned agents of this board have to share in this regards, hence, hang tight.
God bless and Good luck!!

Well, IMO the conventional ways of selling often pays, and in this regard I second goodnatured's opinion. try out with cold calling, flyers and mailers and questioners etc.
Personally, I'm not in favor of buying leads from the online lead generating firms, because
In my experience I've seen that most of the times, leads generated by these companies are not worthy of what they charge for those.
Almost 90% of the leads distributed by these companies are trash, as you'll discover that some other agent have already called the prospect before you.
the leads are often shared by the online companies. Hence, these are not exclusive as they might have promised.
You haven't yet taken into account the time and labor that you have to spend in converting these leads. Its often can be tedious and taxing.
The online lead generating companies are booming now-a-days, as the market is becoming more and more competitive with every passing day. But, you may want to spare a thought before buying leads from these companies as 'why many agents are still sticking to the old and conventional methods of generating businesses'.

Hi dpernell,
I've come across the following site who sells senior leads for Medicare Advantage.
medicareadvantageleads.com/
You can check it out. However, I'd suggest that you do your own research before you actually buy leads from them.
Hope it helps.
