Hi guys,

I was just wondering why not give our guide section a fresh look. Pass on your suggestions to make it look better. :)

Hello Lakemen,

Just wanted to make a couple of comments on your post:

I was just wondering why not give our guide section a fresh look.

I have only been a member for a short time, but I have already discovered that there is a vast amount of knowledge and expertise present in this insurance community. My suggestion would be to harness that knowledge.

Someone has done an amazing job in putting this site together, but you asked for suggestions, so here goes:

(1) People keep telling me that the older we get, the smaller the text gets.
Honestly, it is very hard to read these guide sections.

(2) There are a lot of "FAQs", but no answers.

(3) The "Quiz" section needs to be expanded and moved to the guide section. I think that a lot of members and guests would like to test their insurance knowledge.

(4) I tried to look at the "Guide" section as though I were just a visitor and the first thing I noticed is that there is too much information on the page. I think the right sidebar should be eliminated on the guide pages, so we can just concentrate on the subject of our search.

I would also like to hear what everyone else thinks.

Hi Lakemen...I just looked at the guide section as well and find it pretty well laid out. But agree why are there no answers in the FAQ, it says it is maintained by the community, but I don't see how to answer them, if you click on the 'edit' all kinds of 'crazy computer talk' comes up. I didn't know (if you do) you wanted 'us' to answer these questions....?

Also I took the quiz selected the correct answers, it said they were correct, but then marked them incorrect? I don't know what's going on there! ha ha.......

Hey Guys and Gals,

The Business Insurance Guide Section is being re-vamped.

Please take a look and let me know what you think.

You can no longer "edit" Business Insurance, it has been password protected and I am now the dedicated guide, but your comments and suggestions are welcomed.

We need more dedicated "Guides", so pick your topic and let Lakemen know.

Together, we can put this Insurance Community on top where it belongs!!
