Anyone familiar with Western & Southern’s Protection UL product? It is a fixed premium and a guarantee death benefit for sure, right? No flexible?

No flexible?

Their UL policies have more flexibility than the WL policies. The insured gets an opportunity to adjust his premiums as well as the death benefit.

That's not what he/she is talking about. If this is a secondary guaranteed universal life policy yes you have a level non flexible premium that if paid will guarantee your death benefit. However, if you miss a payment you will violate the secondary guaranteed provision of the policy and your death benefit will no longer be guaranteed, even if you pay the missed premium. At that point it turns into a regular UL, and you are left playing the positive cash value balancing act.
