Important documents lost

Actually, recently I kept one of my customers waiting while I was desperately searching for some of his important documents that were with me. And what added more to my embarrassment, I could not find it in the end. Sometimes, I think how much impressive would it have been if when asked - I'd smiled and quickly given the reports! Seriously, I don’t want to face similar situation again. Thus, I am looking for some professional document management services in India. However, no success till now regarding this but yes, I heard about this service called ‘kleeto’ on facebook page, ‘Clip to Click’, which is supposed to provide the same services and that too on a trial basis for a while. Does anyone have good idea about this service, then please tell?

I would suggest starting out with something simple for your meetings at the clients home.. say maybe a Folder :) For your 2nd question you don't need a expensive database system. Google and Download the Free Software "CutePDF Writer". It's a piece of software that lists itself in your printer options when you go to print a document, but when you choose CutePDF instead of your printer it will save the document as a PDF in any folder you choose to put it in. We use it all the time and its a great way to keep all the clients info in one spot instead of having some paper Docs and some electronic docs and trying to figure out how to store them.
