Are there any life insurance company that'll sell insurance to a terminally ill person?

Yes you can get life insurance policies that sell policies to cancer patients. You may buy guaranteed issue policy that is sold with conducting any sort of medical examinations. But this can get costly. Get a good and experienced agent to guide you through this.

You can Google how a LIT works. That's a legal question so it's best to speak with an Attorney.

Life insurance for terminally ill persons is generally not available. But there are a few companies that write "guaranteed issue" policies that would look the other way. The benefit of those policies could be reduced by as much as 50% if death occurs within the first one or two years of the policy issue date.

Guarantee issue policy is your only option however most companies do not pay a death benefit until year 3. They only pay a portion of the death benefit years 1 and 2
