is it advisable to terminate a life ins. to take a term life ins. I need very bad the money. I am 56year old woman and good health condition.

Your situation needs to be evaluated properly. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to your question.

That's right, there's not enough information to help you out. Why are you terminating an already existing policy? Is it about to run out in coverage soon? You may be better off holding on to this one and finding out if you qualify for a new policy and what rates are like, before terminating the old one. Also, if you don't have much debt or income replacement to take care of, you may not need any more life insurance coverage in the first place (except maybe a final expense policy). However, at your age, finding the cheapest life insurance policy might be tough.
