So a few months ago, In march, I hit a deer on my way home in my 2009 toyota yaris. I was going about 75 mph. I was able to drive away from the scene and then on my way to work while taking a left hand turn the car completely shut down in the road. There were cars speeding towards me and I had to turn it off and turn it back on and then hurry out of the way. I called Progressive and filed a claim, they ahd my car towed away and it was in their possession for 3 weeks while they handled the repairs. Once I got the car back I noticed that it still shut down while taking left turns and that when I was filling up the tank it would only fill up 3/4 of the way. I took the car in to progressive, drove the agent around and couldnt replicate the problem. Since this was the case the agent informed me that I would have to sign a paper stating they would test the car to find out what was wrong with it but that all testing done that didnt result in a accident related problem would be at my expense. So that day I didnt sign any papers and I took my car home because I wasnt going to have the money to pay for any aquired testing. A few weeks later I was still having the problem and it was becoming clear to me that it was only happening when the fuel level was below a quarter of a tank. So I go back in to progressive and they run a "fuel pump test" which comes back that my fuel pump is totally normal and they bill me 80$ (10$ for the test and 70$ for "labor") Fast forward about a month. I go to get my brakes done and my oil changed because I am about to go on a cross country road trip. Thinking, Ill just keep the gas up and the car has been running fine from March to August while the gas is normal. So We hit the road and at about 330AM me and my friend pull over to use the restroom. When we come back out to the car we turn it on and it convulses and shakes around violently and then sputters to a stop and would not turn back on. We are 181 miles from home. When we pop the hood we notice immediately that the engine cap was left off after the oil change and theres oil all over the engine and inside of the front end. At 8am I call the oil change company and they immediately have the car towed to their nearest facility. At this facility they are unable to run an engine test because the fuel pump is bad and they need to drop my fuel tank and test or fix that before they can move forward to diagnosing the engine. Seeing as fuel pump problems would stem to the accident progressive is called and an adjuster is sent out to inspect the car. I am told once again that if they drop the fuel tank and there is not clear proof that it was from the accident that I will be charged for all of the testing, labor, work and all other cost acrued throughout this time. I opt not to because in my experience, its never progressives fault. I get a friend who owns a tow truck company to tow it back down to Austin and the Company that changed the oil is going to do this work for free since he wants to make right with his mistake. When they take out the fuel pump it comes out of the car in THREE pieces and the surrounding area has deer hair and blood all over. After 6 months of this nightmare, being stuck in the middle of nowhere at 330am and being up to progressive and calling them countless times for the same fuel problems, what should my next move be? After all of this I feel that my car is way too far past gone and its not in my best interest o be purging out all my money on payments for a car that was drug through hell because my insurance refused to help me or fix it. HELP!

Second... I'm not sure what your issues are (other than you think progressive owns repair shops which they don't). Progressive told you if they can verify that the deer impact cause the damage, than they can pay for the repairs. Call Progressive and tell them what you have found.

Did you actually attend any elementary, middle, or secondary schools in America? If you did, you need a refund.
Who taught you to write a single continuous paragraph that covers half a dozen different topics? That's the kind of help you need.
Other than that, follow the advice of tcope, above.
