before and when does or should the beneficiary be noticed of the insurance company's intent to contest insurance claims and how long before actual notice must be served on beneficiary after claim has been submitted by beneficiary in death claims

Why would the insurance company "contest" the beneficiary's claim for the death benefit? There are important details missing from your post.

If the claim is being denied, the notice comes immediately after that decision has been made. Again, you are leaving out much needed information.
