I JUST WANTA IF I CAN BORROW MONEY AGAINST POLICY OR WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND ANY OF OPTIONS OF HAVING LIFE INSURANCE POLICY WHILE IM STILL LIVING AND/OR WHAT IF I HAVE DISABILITY AND RECEIVING SSI.

Have you thought of asking the agent who sold the policy to you? If that doesn't work, you can call the insurance company directly. Their phone number is on the cover of your policy,
