I just realized that I’ve no work and moreover, no life insurance that could support me mentally in the upcoming days. Could anybody recommend any reliable life insurance company? Which one should I choose? A term life or a whole life policy?

Are you having any dependent? If no why are you then craving for insurance?
Anyway, we are with State Farm and it’s very reasonable. We chose a 30 year term and I’m happy with it. I guess State Farm has small plans too...may be $250k starting at $15 per month. You should check out.

How would having life insurance "support" you "mentally"? And if you have no employment, how would you pay the premiums for life insurance?I think your priorities need more thought.

All things aside, you should meet with a licensed representative who can review your situation and make an educated decision as to which product is right for you, whether it be term or permanent. Don't just choose one interview a few.

Buy term. Don't buy whole life. If you don't have a job, whole life will require to high of a monthly contribution. Run quotes at [Link deleted per TOU] to see how much coverage might cost. SBLI will most likely be the lowest cost term carrier. SBLI is a great company.

No one can make this pronouncement unless they know what your particular situation and needs are.Term life will certainly be lower cost initially, but that may not be the deciding factor. There are many facets of life to examine and understand before recommending any specific insurance policy, company, or benefit amount.
The best way to do this is face-to-face with a live, experienced agent.

Whatever that statement is supposed to mean, the cost of individual life insurance is not dependent on one's employment, it is dependent on one's age (older = closer to dying) and death benefit amount. The type of policy further complicates the matter, but age and benefit amount are the two primary driving factors.Posted: Wed Jun 25, 2014 08:14 am Post Subject:
Doing some homework is always a good idea. Before choosing a company check out its ratings. It is the best way to check the financial status of a company. Some companies provide their ratings for free and some take a small fee. A++ is the best rating.

Only in another universe might this be legal. In the United States it is not.Where are you licensed as an insurance producer? You are dangerous.
