Don't know what a LIC Policy is. But if you are in America and asking about a life insurance policy, the designation of father and mother as beneficiary may not be possible to overturn. Did he buy the policy before you were married? If he did, then you are probably not entitled to anything other than perhaps a small amount of premium paid with community funds . . . if you live in a community property state.
