Can I buy a 6 year term life policy

I'm 62, and receive VA benefits for a service connected disability (hearing loss). I have been receiving benefits for 4 years. Once I have reached the tenth year of receiving benefits, my wife would able to receive a survivor benefit if I die. I would like to purchase a term life policy for $100-150,000, to bridge the gap should I die in the next six years. I am in good health, aside from my hearing loss, and take a statin which lowers my cholesterol to acceptable levels, have good blood pressure, have an physical exam annually, and am not overweight. I do smoke cigarettes however..
Any thoughts appreciated!

Term life insurance is usually written in 5-year increments, not 6. If you need life insurance, a 10-year policy can always be cancelled after 6 years.

Warning! Life insurance for a 62-year old male smoker will be HUGELY EXPENSIVE.
